Thu-Nhi is meticulous and thorough in whatever she executes. She was masterful in representing and leading the museum on myriad levels including governmental and Board relations, capital development and oversight, human resources and supervision, safety/security and liability issues of all kinds, creating and institutionalizing operational and financial systems and procedures, and steering us through a pandemic.
